- Kathryn Rose Added January 13, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Rented apartment for the weekend which was a large and rather pricey unit that is supposed to sleep 6 people. We only have 4 staying.
Yet hot water is on "off peak" we aren't advised and find this out at 9:30 pm on Saturday night before any of us have used the hot water that evening (went out for dinner). The website has no after hours number. After finally getting an after hours line there is nothing that can be done. Not exactly the enjoyable and relaxing experience we wanted. Extremely dodgy this isn't advised to guests prior to booking or even at checking in and even worse nothing can be done. Never booking one of your properties again and I wouldn't advise anyone else does either.
